Your welcome Jeffrey. Go back to the top of the post and you'll see the OSHA link For Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 8, Chapter 14, on the initial OSHA web page. Since the complete report is not listed on the OSHA site stakeholders will find it here. Hope that helps.
